Tortoise and Hare 5k 2024
The city of Jonestown Tx and Strength From Within are excited to host the 3rd annual Tortoise and Hare 5k on November 23rd 2024. Come join our community and let's kick off fall with this great event! The route will start at the big pavilion located next to the sand volleyball court in Jones Brothers Park. It is a challenging course with some hills that wind through the old section of the Jonestown Lakeside Community. We will have a police escort for the Hares as well as one for the Tortoise's. You will be encouraged from all the wonderful people in the community along the way. There will be 3 water stations to make sure everyone stays hydrated.

7:30 - Pre Race announcements
7:45- Warm up and National Anthem
8:00 am -Race Starts
